  • We're excited that our FlipFlop House(s) will be part of AIA Seattle's first multi-home tour called Explore Design. The tour takes place on September 14th from 10-4. The houses on the tour are also featured in the current issue of Seattle Magazine.
  • Wall House (aka Falck Residence) was selected for honors by the 2010 "Future Shack" competition. Future Shack is a celebration of forward-thinking urban residential architecture co-sponsored by the Seattle AIA and the Seattle Times.
  • FlipFlop House(s) is featured in Builder Magazine's current issue highlighting the necessity of innovation in an increasingly competitive and evolving residential construction market. See the article here.
  • View House is the featured cover story in the Jan/Feb issue of Seattle Homes & Lifestyles. This extensive remodeling of a late 40's house in Seattle's North Beach neighborhood resulted in what amounts to a new house, yet retained the existing foundation, much of the main floor structure and the existing masonry veneer.   • Hepburn Kitchen, an Adams Mohler Ghillino remodel of a vintage mid-century modern house designed by noted Northwest modernist architect Paul Hayden Kirk, was featured in the Seattle Times Pacific NW Magazine. See the article here.
  • For the third year in a row, Adams Mohler Ghillino has been honored as one of the Pacific Northwest's "Top 50 Architects" in the January/February 2008 issue of Northwest Home magazine.

  • Brandrud won "Best of Show" in the IIDA New Showroom Design Competition at NeoCon 2003 and "1st Place" in the 2003 ASID Northwest Region design awards.
  • The Stable Building received an "honor award" from the AIA Northwest and Pacific Region and a "citation" from the AIA Seattle chapter.
  • Spot Bagel Bakery received an "honor award" from the AIA Seattle Chapter, and an "honorable mention" from the AIA Northwest and Pacific Region.
